ELA-NUR WARRANTY
At Ela-Nur each piece of jewellery is crafted and inspected to the highest standards of quality. We proudly back our craftsmanship with a 3-year warranty, ensuring your jewellery will remain as stunning as when purchased.
Coverage period
This warranty if valid for 3 years from date of purchase- as specified on your sales receipt. After this period, we are happy to help with repairs/ replacing where possible for a small fee.
What's covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Faulty clasps, settings, or soldering failures under normal wear

Loss of stones due to defective mountings

Discoloration or tarnishing resulting from defective materials
What's not covered

Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, dents, or changes in surface finish)

Damage caused by impact, misuse, or accident

Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or other corrosive substances

Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than Ela-Nur
